BYEN Career Exploration Dinners

2013 – 2014 school year BYEN Youth Networking Dinners will take place every second http://bettingsiteonline.co.tz/football-betting-tips Wednesday of the month from October – May. Individual youth and youth groups are welcome to attend to networking with other young people and adults interested and/or working in green jobs, learn about renewable energy careers and this growing industry in Massachusetts.

Dinner will be provided.

Dinner and networking will take place from 4:30pm – 5:00pm and then our guest speaker will lead the session until 6:00pm.

Our Keynote speaker will be Dr. Becky Wai-Ling Packard from Mt. Holyoke College.
Our Youth speaker will be Estefany Benitez, a Boston University student who is travelling along the Green Career Pathway.

Wind Wise: Wind Energy Curriculum for Youth Employment Programs

This wind science workshop will share hands-on activities, ideas, and lesson plans for providers working with high school aged youth. Participants will receive the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to successfully implement wind power concepts in their programs. The activities and lessons will be based on the Wind Wise educational curriculum. All workshop participants will receive a wind turbine kit to bring back to their organization,
